Teams will play on either Friday evenings or Sunday Mornings
This age group is a continuation from the Under 11s, in that maximum participation and enjoyment remain the primary focus. Players continue to work on fundamental cricket and teamwork skills.
At this age, players will start to focus on their preferred strength and continue all round development.

Synthetic Pitch
A maximum of 9 players on the field; 11 players on the team
A 142gm cricket ball
T20 format.
If U13A side some games may be two-day matches
18m length cricket pitch
Maximum 45m length boundary

Fees
Season Registration for Junior players is $195.00.
A Family Member Discount will apply for 2nd and every subsequent child from the same family playing in the Junior Competition at Murrumbeena Cricket Club. We offer a 10% discount.
A compulsory Cricket Australia fee of $16.00 per player will also be applied automatically when you register on PlayHQ.
Please contact us if you need financial support to register your child at the club and we will consider each case in a sensitive and confidential manner.

MCC playing shirts are available but not compulsory.

Team Formation
Under 13 team allocations will be finalised in consultation with the appointed coaches, Coaches Coordinator and Junior Coordinator according to the need to address squad balance
in terms of numbers and capability.
